Help Network of Northeast Ohio is a non-profit, private corporation serving Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull and Ashtabula Counties. Help Network offers 24 hour a day, 7 days a week telephone crisis intervention and information and referral service. People can call 211 to get information about community resources, or they can search the 211 data base on Help Hotline's website: http://www.helphotline.org. Help Hotline provides suicide intervention, prevention, and guardianship services, and operates a Peer Resource and Recovery Center in East Liverpool. Help Network offers a "Warmline" staffed by trained peers recovering with mental illnesses to provide peer to peer support and encouragement to others in recovery.
