Help Hotline Crisis Center is a non-profit, private corporation serving Columbiana, Mahoning, and parts of Trumbull Counties. Help Hotline provides comprehensive crisis intervention, a community resource center; supports a Careline for infants and toddlers, a Senior Line for senior citizens, and a latchkey telephone program called "Phone Friend." Other services include suicide prevention, a victims of crime hotline, a safe school line, guardianship, and a volunteer program. Help Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
